i've learnt that winning really matters. result is the objective. if u still think that winning is not everything, WAKE UP. be realistic! result reflects our leadership. i have always been comforting myself that, so long we're bonded in team, losing or winning doesnt matter anymore. man. i'm childish. how to even engage in the marketplace with that childish thinking. when theres no taste in the winning, how true a leader am i? out there in the world, no one cares the process. everyone wants to see results. and yeah. RESULTS! a good one!
